READ BEFORE USE
SOFT SHACKLES ARE GENERALLY SAFER WHEN USED IN RECOVERY SITUATIONS:
• Wear can cause a reduction in breaking strength. Always check for cuts, nicks and abrasions before use. Shackles with wear should be removed from service/use.
• Use only with a rated recovery point, do not use vehicle tow ball or tire down points.
• Always dry your soft shackle before storing for extended periods.
• Your soft shackle is protected from sun degradation but should not be stored in direct sunlight for extended periods, extended exposure to sunlight will degrade the strength of your shackle.
• Wash with clean water when dirty and air dry out of sunlight.
• Do not allow shackles to come in contact with sharp or hot surfaces, this may damage your shackle.
• Breaking Strength is 18T / 39,600LBS.
• As with Snatch Straps, the shackles breaking strength will decrease when wet, can be used as a lifting device.
• Please keep bystanders at a safe distance.
How to use a Soft Shackle?
Inspect Soft Shackle Before Use
1)
Please Inspect the Soft Shackle for wear and tear before use. This is VERY important!!
Loose the End Loop
2)
Loose the small end loop to the maximum. Wear the soft shackle through all connection gears(e.g., two recovery straps loops)
Feed Ball Lock into the End Loop
3)
Feed the Ball Lock into the small end loop completely. NOTE: All part of ball must wear through small end loop.
Fasten the Rope to Form a Stable Large Loop

Fasten the end small loop to keep whole structure stable to form a strong connection. Ready to pull.
